Program Description
Designed for students with non-business undergraduate degrees, the University of Oregon’s Master of Science in Management (MSM) provides a fast, focused pathway to gaining essential business skills and launching a professional career. Completed in just 10 months, the program builds on students’ academic backgrounds with a comprehensive foundation in areas such as finance, marketing, operations, and strategy, while emphasizing professional development and leadership. Through applied coursework and hands-on learning opportunities, students develop the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s business environment.The MSM also offers flexibility for long-term career growth. Students benefit from a collaborative, cohort-based experience and access to career development resources and industry connections. After completing the program and gaining work experience, graduates are eligible for the accelerated Oregon MBA, allowing them to apply their MSM foundation toward earning an MBA on an expedited timeline.
