    Program Description

    The joint UO/OSU bioengineering program prepares students to discover and translate research breakthroughs that benefit society. This is a joint MS/PhD program that brings together the intellectual and research resources at the Knight Campus at the University of Oregon and the College of Engineering at Oregon State University. At this time, only OSU faculty advisors are accepting MS students while UO faculty advisors are only accepting PhD student. Students have access to state-of-the-art facilities for their research and a collaborative environment with expert mentors. The program and faculty are focused on accelerating student success through immersive mentoring and training programs that advance student success in areas such as science communications, career planning/ preparation, innovation and entrepreneurship, and fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
