    Program Description

    The Communication Disorders and Sciences (CDS) master’s degree is designed to prepare graduates to make significant contributions as speech-language pathologists. The program provides students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for work with individuals who have cognitive-communicative and swallowing challenges and who represent all ages and diverse social, cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

    Students are trained through didactic classroom instruction integrated with supervised client experiences in our HEDCO clinic and in a diverse range of community placements.
