    Program Description

    The Oregon Executive MBA at the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business is designed for experienced professionals who want to advance their leadership impact without stepping away from their careers. Based in Portland, the 20-month program combines academic rigor with real-world application, focusing on leadership, strategy, and decision-making in today’s complex business environment. A cohort of accomplished peers progresses through the program together, creating a collaborative learning experience that draws on the diverse perspectives and expertise of working professionals across industries.

    The program’s flexible schedule, with classes held twice a month on Fridays and Saturdays, allows students to balance graduate study with demanding careers. Learning is highly applied, with projects, presentations, and a capstone experience that often connects directly to participants’ organizations or entrepreneurial goals. Additional highlights include executive and career coaching, a global study experience, and access to a strong alumni network.     Prerequisites

    Demonstrate at least three years of managerial or leadership experience in a position that included supervision of other employees, responsibility for budgets, or financial performance, project management, account management or similar responsibilities.

    Demonstrate at least five years of career-related work experience.

    Currently hold a mid-to senior-level management position with significant responsibility.
